Care Provider Membership Terms

These terms apply to care providers applying for or holding membership with Cared4.


1. Membership Eligibility


Care providers must:


  • Operate legally within the UK
  • Hold all relevant registrations, licences, and insurance
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards
  • Provide accurate and truthful information


Cared4 reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its discretion.


2. Vetting and Approval


All providers undergo an internal vetting process. Approval does not constitute endorsement or guarantee of outcomes.


Cared4 may review, suspend, or remove membership at any time.


3. Business Listings


Approved members receive a Cared4 business page which may include:


  • Business information and descriptions
  • Contact details
  • Reviews and images
  • Map integration and social links


Providers are responsible for ensuring accuracy of content.


4. Enquiries and Leads


Cared4 aims to connect providers with relevant enquiries. However:


  • Enquiry volume is not guaranteed
  • Conversion outcomes are not guaranteed
  • Cared4 does not control user decisions


5. Marketing Services


Marketing services are provided under separate agreements. Results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.


6. Conduct and Compliance


Providers must:


  • Treat all enquiries respectfully
  • Handle personal data in compliance with GDPR
  • Not engage in misleading, aggressive, or unethical practices


Failure to comply may result in termination.


7. Termination


Cared4 may suspend or terminate membership without notice where terms are breached or reputational risk arises.


8. Governing Law


These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
